Dynamat 10455 18" x 32" Sound Deadening Xtreme Kit Bulk Pack (9 Sheets)

Dynamat Xtreme quiets annoying road noise, improves a speaker's dynamic range, and makes for a more comfortable driving experience. You can quiet down the noise, and get better sound. Kit contains four 12" x 36" (305mm x 914mm) pieces of Dynamat Xtreme to reduce road noise so you Hear More Music!™. Kit includes enough material for two standard size doors. For proper installation, use one of our Dynaroller tools.

Having a hard time hearing your car's sound system over the road noise? Dynamat Xtreme keeps the noise out, so you'll hear more music using less power — effectively increasing your amplifier's output! This sheet metal vibration damping material (a butyl composite with a layer of aluminum) conforms and fuses to automotive body surfaces such as floor pans and doors.

Dynamat Xtreme is a thin, super sticky butyl rubber bonded to an aluminum alloy skin
Formulated with Vector chemistry
Simple to cut and install
Will stretch and contour better than any other product on the market without tearing
Conforms easily to all interior surfaces
Sticky butyl rubber will adhere to a surface and stay in place without any special surface prep, and without leaving any odor or dripping material

Installation:

Clean the mounting surface.
Using a razor knife or scissors, cut the Dynamat to the desired size.
Remove the blue release liner from the back of the Dynamat and apply to the mounting surface.
Apply pressure, working the Dynamat into the contours of the mounting surface.
Work air out with a roller tool (eliminating air pockets will ensure lasting adhesion of the Dynamat to the surface, giving you maximum damping effect).
Repeat the same process for each sheet of Dynamat.
